In the mean time, let’s have our wishes letter ready…
The most expected kid’s event of the year is approaching very fast! St Nicolas is coming back.
H.E. Ambassador Rudy Veestraeten, upon his arrival in Bangkok, has the extreme kindness to continue our yearly tradition and welcome Saint Nicholas and all his friends at his magnificent residence on

30th of November 2008 from 2 pm to 5 pm.
The Belgium Ambassador residence is located on 44,Soi Phiphat, Silom road. parking space is located near the residence. (see map in attachment).

Your registration is required before November 20. For registration, please follow the instructions bellow:
I. Fill in the form in annex and send it to sabine.lefebvre@emagination.be II. Bring a gift of +/- 400 Baht per child at the Belgium Embassy.The gift will be distribute to the children during the ceremony.
Don’t forget to clearly mention the entire name of your child on the gift and bring it to the embassy before November 25.

This year, we will have the pleasure to welcome about thirty orphans of Baan Kru Noi , who will be spending this magic afternoon with us. In order for those lovely kids to enjoy a St Nicolas gift we are looking for toys and games in good conditions for children aged 4 to 12. You can bring your donations to Kalae: 1040 Soi Suan Plu, Narathiwat soi 17. We deeply appreciate your support in this endeavor.
As every year, St Nicolas will mail a personal invitation to each Child.
During the event, kids’ activities like clown, special show, do-it-yourself activities and others will be organized. An afternoon snack for children will be served.
The fee for this magic event will be:
- 300 baht per child
- 500 baht for two children
- 150 baht per additional child of the same family
- 200 baht per adults member of the BCT and 300 baht for non members

Due to the numbers of children coming from Ban Kru Noi, St Nicolas would also appreciate any help from daddies, mum’s or others before and during the event for:
- bringing a cake, waffles, or any snacks in addition to our usual delicacies.
- helping during the event by supervising the children during the activities and for the distribution of the snacks to the children.
